I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and modern with a balcony offering a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. However, the room size was a bit small, and the location, while perfect for some, was a bit tricky to navigate. The service was very friendly and helpful, and the dining was satisfying with a healthy spread, yet there were some limitations. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at Ambiance Hotel with small rooms offering a beautiful view of the Matterhorn and perfect Superior double rooms. The hotel was new, clean, and featured a large balcony overlooking the Matterhorn, providing a serene ambiance.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The rooms were top-notch with all the necessities, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was the slightly higher pricing compared to other options in Zermatt.
